Salary: $1,800 - $2,800/month
What You Will Do
- Maintain IQC, IPQC and OQC procedures for projector components, semi-finished assemblies and finished goods.
- Perform and document AQL inspections, functional tests, burn-in tests and optical/image-quality checks before shipment.
- Coordinate CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA and PSE testing with third-party laboratories and prepare technical documentation.
- Run reliability tests such as drop, vibration, high/low temperature and ageing tests, and manage supplier audits.
- Investigate customer and RMA quality issues, drive 8D / CAPA reports and verify corrective actions on the production line.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of QC/QA engineering experience in a consumer-electronics export factory.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems, AQL sampling and common reliability test methods.
- Hands-on experience with CE/FCC/RoHS compliance for electronic products.
- Comfortable writing inspection reports and 8D documents in English for overseas customers.
- Detail-oriented, firm on standards and willing to work on the factory floor.
