DataMax Technology is the manufacturer: SMT, assembly, testing, packing, and R&D are operated in-house in Shenzhen. Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome by appointment.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM (including private label) puts your brand and configuration on an existing proven platform. ODM involves engineering a differentiated platform — industrial design, structure, electronics, or firmware — when no existing model fits the brief.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ follows customization scope: plain wholesale is lowest, branded packaging and firmware raise it, and custom tooling has its own threshold. Your RFQ returns the exact MOQ for the model and scope you select.
Which certifications do your projectors carry?
Market-relevant certificates such as FCC, CE, RoHS, REACH, BIS, and GMS are coordinated per model. The specific certificates for a recommended platform are confirmed in the quotation rather than claimed for every unit.
Can I order samples before committing to bulk?
Yes. Samples are produced against an agreed evaluation checklist so the approval decision covers appearance, UX, key performance, and accessory completeness before bulk or tooling is discussed.
