• What types of projectors do you manufacture?

We produce a wide range of smart projectors including portable, home, business, Android-based, laser, and custom models.

  • Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we specialize in both OEM and ODM services, supporting everything from branding to product development.

  • Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China, with full R&D and production capabilities.

  • Do you work with small businesses or only large buyers?

We support both — from startups to established brands — with flexible order plans and customization options.

  • Can you help us design a custom housing or UI?

Yes. We offer full ID design, tooling, and custom software (UI/UX) development tailored to your brand.

  • Do you support Google certification (GMS)?

Yes, for Android-based projectors, we can assist with models that meet GMS certification requirements.

  • How much can we customize the software?

You can fully customize the boot logo, system UI, pre-installed apps, firmware, and launcher.

  • Is it possible to use our brand packaging and manual?

Absolutely. We provide private label services including box design, manuals, and inserts in your language.

  • What is your MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?

For most models, the MOQ starts from 500 units. For partial customization, lower MOQ may be possible.

  • Can I order a sample before mass production?

Yes, we offer functional samples or prototype units for evaluation before placing bulk orders.

  • What is your typical production lead time?

Standard lead time is 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on the customization level.

  • Do you accept mixed orders with multiple models?

Yes, for bulk orders we can support mixed models or configuration variations as per agreement.

  • What certifications do your products carry?

Our projectors can be certified with CE, FCC, RoHS, BIS, and more depending on your target market.

  • How do you ensure quality before shipment?

We follow strict quality control processes including incoming material inspection, aging tests, and 100% final testing.

  • What warranty do you provide?

We offer a 12-month warranty for all our products. Extended warranty options are available for B2B clients.

  • Can we inspect the goods before shipping?

Yes, you’re welcome to arrange third-party inspection or we can provide detailed QC reports before shipment.

  • What are your shipping options?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms via sea, air, or courier, depending on your location and quantity.

  • How are the products packaged?

Products are securely packed in export cartons with custom inner boxes if needed. Drop test standard packaging is available.

  • Do you provide technical support after delivery?

Yes, our technical team offers remote support, firmware updates, and troubleshooting assistance for B2B clients.

  • Can you help us localize content for different markets?

Yes, we support software localization, including language packs, regional content, and UI translation.

  • Will you sign an NDA before we share project details?

Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before technical discussions, drawings, brand plans, or cost-sensitive information are exchanged. Send your NDA template, or request our standard mutual NDA, through the RFQ form.

  • Can we visit or audit the factory before ordering?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the Shenzhen facility in Longhua, or to arrange a third-party audit (SGS, BV, TUV, or your appointed agency). Factory audit reports, production-line evidence, and quality records can be provided under NDA. See the manufacturer overview.

  • What is the difference between OEM and ODM cooperation?

OEM starts from an existing platform and applies your logo, packaging, manuals, launcher, and accessories — MOQ starts from 500 units for most models. ODM involves deeper development: housing, optics, firmware features, or a configuration defined around your product plan. Your RFQ is routed to the correct path after we review the specification.

  • What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T to confirm production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment after inspection. L/C at sight can be discussed for larger-volume orders; PayPal and trade-assurance channels are accepted for sample payments.

  • Do I pay for samples, and is the cost refundable?

Samples are charged at the sample unit price plus shipping. For standard models, the sample fee can be refunded or deducted from the first bulk order once it reaches the agreed MOQ; custom ODM prototype costs depend on tooling and engineering scope and are quoted separately.

  • How should we plan around peak production season?

August through November is peak season for export production, when component and shipping capacity tightens. For Q4 launches, confirm specifications and deposits 45–60 days earlier than the standard 25–35 day lead time, and book vessel or air space early.

  • How does the warranty and RMA process work?

All products carry a 12-month warranty, with extended options for B2B clients. Defective units are diagnosed from serial and batch records; we provide replacement units or spare parts according to the failure analysis and support batch-level corrective action. Detailed RMA terms are agreed in the sales contract.

  • Are spare parts and replacement accessories available after delivery?

Yes. Remotes, power adapters, and defined service-level spare parts can be supplied with the shipment or reordered, and key components remain available according to the platform lifecycle. Distributor programs can include an agreed spare-parts ratio with bulk orders.

  • Which Incoterms do you support — EXW, FOB, or DDP?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms by sea, air, or courier depending on destination and quantity. Under DDP we coordinate customs clearance and duty delivery where service is available; under EXW and FOB your forwarder takes over at the named point. Ask for the term that matches your import setup when requesting a quote.

  • Which documents do you provide for customs clearance?

A standard shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading (or air waybill). Certificate of origin and other documents (for example CE/FCC/RoHS declarations or inspection certificates) are provided where required — list your import-document requirements in the RFQ.

  • Are the brightness figures on your product pages ANSI lumens?

Yes. Where a page states ANSI lumens, that figure is the ANSI measurement of the model; LED light-source lumens are labeled separately when they are shown. We recommend comparing ANSI figures across suppliers because LED-lumen numbers are not directly comparable.

  • Can you provide throw ratio and input-lag data for a specific use case?

Published throw ratios and image-size ranges are listed on each model page (for example the DP01 ultra-short-throw platform). Input-lag data is not published for every model; for golf simulators, gaming, or interactive projects, request the measured value at your target resolution and refresh rate via the RFQ form rather than relying on marketing claims.
